• North Korea threatens military strike against South Korean president

For fuck's sake, you think South Korea would just get tired of this and fully retaliate next time they pull this shit. My guess is, is they're going to get in a tiny skirmish again with SK, pull back and then demand food aid or it'll "unleash it's full armaments" or some bullshit like that. That's what they did last year and they'll do it this year too.
Is that a common insult in Asia?
It's a running joke right now in South Korea, since Lee sounds like 2 in Korean and Myung-bak is shortened to MB.
They'll probably fail again. Back in January 17, 1968, Best Korea sent in their special forces to raid the Blue House (similar to White House in the US). They inevitably failed to do so. Although they individually escaped back to the DMZ, 28 were hunted down, the rest were captured but one escaped.

After a fierce debate over whether or not to kill the brothers, it was decided instead to try to indoctrinate them on the alleged benefits of communism and they were released with a stern warning not to notify the police. However, the brothers immediately reported the presence of the unit to the Changhyeon police station in Beopwon-ri.
why are you guys making fun of these things. im kind of worried with all this war threatening crap, and im sure it wont end pretty well.
What? Are they doing this to scare people and make everyone forget about their fail rocket launch?
The whole "SK would flatten the NK" thing is right. But odds are Seoul would be a smoking crater by the end of it.
Here you go. From that article:
shit that stuff and that unit 684 stuff is intense
why are you guys making fun of these things. im kind of worried with all this war threatening crap, and im sure it wont end pretty well.
North Korea and South Korea have been at each others throats for the past 6 decades. Honestly if neither of them threatened the other on a monthly basis, I'd be concerned that the shit was really about to hit the fan.
why are you guys making fun of these things. im kind of worried with all this war threatening crap, and im sure it wont end pretty well.
I was too at one time, but N. K. has shown itself to be all talk many times.
I won't be surprised when North Korea finally attacks and the first few encounters have guns and then two hours later have sticks and guns with no ammo.
Can we stop using the "Best Korea"-meme in threads like these please? At the very least leave it out of the title.
Obviously why the op put North in, to rid of the funny puns forever. And we never got to the stage of posting puns, so thanks man.
