It's harsh but I still think of cancer as asort of "population thinner/evolutionary" thing.
I mean after you look past the emotions behind humans and whatnot we are all just animals. So speaking scientifically only I'm not a soulless piece of shit.
At this point cancer just seems to be the thing that will kill you if nothing else does.
