This. TV shows, movies, and video games show the same, if not more, gruesome content than the picture. The only difference would be that she would have underwear to cover her because you can't show naked women since that's wrong.

The difference being is that it's legitimately real and not fake. This is extremely obvious and I shouldn't have to explain why.
If you had no context, you wouldn't know if it was from a show or not.
