I don't experience the quotas as much? By default we have a higher chance of being hired, end of discussion. Unless a minority with equal or greater qualification than me applies to the same job, I'm probably not going to experience the quotas in play. Plus with the field I'll be going in they aren't going to help much as there's just so few women in computing in the first place, even less chance of "suffering" under a quota.
