Well I live in a different part of Georgia and I think they're treated adequately for prisoners. Besides, prison SHOULD be miserable otherwise people wouldn't fear it and be more likely to choose to commit crime.

In a prison you should take away privileges not rights.

People don't understand that the world isn't equal and rights ARE privileges. If you fuck up, then it's up to the justice system to handle you. The justice system is far from moral or perfect, it's actually whack with the shit people can pull in a court room.(i.e rapists getting out in 8 months or something) Still, I don't want convicts eating up my money if it's detrimental to me supporting a family. Sorry but no thanks, they can be strong for another x amount of years. Plus aryans are faggots that dont deserve shit, they dont even deserve a bed, fuck em.

They are in prison for committing a bad crime, if it wasn't serious they'd just be in Jail or House Arrest. Things that I agree with would be the Nutritional food, Parole, Access to Family, health care, and self improvement classes. It's prison for a reason, being locked up in a hotel suite isn't going to teach them any sort of lesson.

It is unfortunately the tax payers burden, but hey, either they are in prisons or they are in your neighborhood.
