I don't understand all this complaining about "stealing" features. If it's a good feature, then it'll likely be added if people want it or if the company finds it to be beneficial for the users. This is how the world works, if someone has a good idea, others will use it.
I wonder when does it get jailbroken.

Not really. These are organised by application, and they can be shown on the lockscreen, which is pretty cool.
I'd like to see Android do something like this.

In the end it doesn't matter who takes credit, so long as the idea is out there. Apple can claim it's theirs, but it doesn't change anything. Those who know otherwise, know otherwise, and those who don't, don't. It doesn't change anything or have any affect on anything when it comes to something as simple as this. Bitching about x stole from y doesn't accomplish anything either.
People make it seem like once an idea is had, no one in the world can ever use it, which is beyond stupid.

My iphone 4 used to work with my micro sim, I jailbroke it.. but if I upgrade to ios5, is there a way to unjailbreak so I can get my sim working? I'd rather have a working phone than jailbreak features lol.
