Full-scale wars on large countries are basically impossible now. A war with china is very likely to end Fallout style. EDIT: Yes, i read the OP, i was just commenting on people worrying about a war between the US and China.

Does that mean that the Department of Defense endorses his crazy ideas? Highly unlikely.
