This sale is a pain in the ass. Our store doesn't carry tablets, and we're out in the entire district, yet everyone calls the store asking if we have them and doesn't understand what "No, we don't have any HP Touchpads" means.
I had to start answering the phone by saying "Thank you for calling Radioshack, we do not have any HP Touchpads, this is Jesse, How can I help you?"

A lot of people have started saying that. It's even better if you have an automated voice before it gets to an employee because you can change the automated voice to say "We're out of touchpads"

Dude we're Radioshack. Corporate is so cheap they use fedex to ship our inventory instead of getting their own fleet and they won't even hire professionals to install new equipment or do inventory.
We recently changed our point of sale (register) systems a month or two back. Instead of just hiring IT guys to go through each district and do it for us like most companies would do, they have us come in four hours early to do it ourselves.
To get a good idea of how bad of an idea that was: Our help hotline was backlogged for a month straight and wait times were in excess of two hours.

After about 5 minutes of loading it says DISCONTINUED on both sites
I'm gonna check out a Comet and a Currys store on the way home that is pretty much in the middle of nowhere, the PC World I got someone to go to this morning was right in the middle of Birmingham and that was sold out or reserved with 5-10 minutes. I'm hoping country folk didn't buy them all.
Any EU deals for it yet? Although I am not even sure HP has ever started selling the TouchPad in Hungary.
