It just got worse in the 90's, turn a sharp turn in '07-'08 with Obama's campaign and victory, then hit insanity levels in 2010 when the Supreme Court decided that corporations can spend unlimited money on politicians.

That and Obama's recovery methods don't fit their worldview and are thus instantly failures despite evidence to the contrary. Their egotistical views also mean they dislike welfare, food stamps, healthcare, etc. Benghazi was simply blown way out of proportion so it could be used as a political weapon by the right, and the only reason he mentioned it was because he hates the president and wants to use the new "Benghazi card" against him.

A pretty, middle class mother who is worried about her kids saying "What have you done for MY family, Obama(llamadingdong)?" She then talks about the debt her kids will have to pay and all this other nonsense that just shows people have no idea what they are talking about. My friend works with someone who actually still thinks Obama is a Muslim terrorist who will bring America to its knees if reelected. I had two questions for her, one of which she actually answered. I asked if she knew we had a three branch government with checks and balances, which she thinks won't help us any. My friend asked her about Romney's economic plan and his stance on women's rights, and she had nothing to say. If Obama(llamadingdong) was a terrorist bent on bringing America to its glorious, freedom loving baby-forehead kissing knees, why wouldn't he do it his first term.
