I didn't see 100 Israeli Lorries filled with supplies. I did, however, see plenty of Tanks and APC's at one of the 90 checkpoints surrounding the area of Gaza. You know the checkpoints where IDF soldiers humiliate people in the open for no reason while holding up traffic of people who have to go to work? There are plenty of supplies that go in there. I'm sure you didn't see them because they aren't in a constant stream. They also provide a huge amount of their power, access to Israeli hospitals and other things they do for them. The checkpoints are there due to the huge amount of suicide bombers, not for no reason. They hold people up but that's just part of the way a checkpoint works. They may be negligent in how much effort they put into it but fuck it, not like it's their duty to make their life easy when there's every likelihood one of them will explode.

You have to look at the reason why each thing is done: Stripping down people who are suspected of being suicide bombers is done in order to protect others, while gassing people is done just to kill people.
