Democrats cling onto the Senate by not much while GOP dominates the House. Prop 19 fails.

I want to say this for the last time, and trust me when I say this, because I've been close to living on the street before, nothing is as stressful as knowing you're about to live on the street and lose everything. Imagine that feeling and having a family you support. Nothing could be more stressful than letting the ones you love suffer visibly at your fault.

But straight out? On a work vs work basis only? I think any job that demands your full capacities is equally straining.

Just straight up work only, I'm not talking about uh...making a living, I already mentioned that a lower class person does have more of an importance on their job, whereas a rich person could live without it (Though they definitely don't want to). I dunno, I just don't have enough experience in ANY work field so I can't say anything for suree.

Well assuming that logics true unless you've been close to being a CEO you can't say it's more stressful.

is that why poor people beat there spouse more? there are more stress related crimes caused by poor people then rich people.
edit
also i have been homeless before and i would say its the most stressful thing you can imagine

Ok, I'm going to assume since you think a job is more stressful than possibly losing your life, hurting your loved ones, and lessening their lives that you can't possibly imagine the feeling of love and what that adds to life in terms of stresses.

You know honestly in your arguments you've made good points.
I'm not going to agree with you all the way but I get your premise and I can now sort of accept portions of it.
im giving proof and an example of personal experience and you just pass it off

Well you're more man that most people here.
Its very rare for anyone to say good point in an argument
why do we exactly care that some people are making a lot more money than others?
Because most liberals believe that in order for someone to make money, they must forcefully take it from the less fortunate.

I like how people say a CEO's job isn't hard, not only do they not know that or even know what a CEO really does, but most of them ignore the time they spent, usually half or three quarters of their lives making it up to that point.
Love this forum

Yeah, that sure showed me, that sure is a strong argument you got there to 1) Put fucking words in my mouth 2) try and stereotype this forum. We have LOTS of you lolbertarians and free market believers, there's just as much of your bullshit here as there is anyone elses.
Don't like it? leave, no one is forcing you to stay here.

Someone has to do the hard work for me to sit here at my computer and enjoy luxury all over the place. What do you think would happen if Chinese workers got the same wages and standard of living as Europeans?

They work very hard, but they're not alone, and they don't have to work that much to get food on the table.

I never put any words in your mouth nor did i ever say i was speaking to you directly.
I also think it is a perfectly acceptable argument, investing 1/2 to 3/4 of your only mortal life to be a rich person, I'm not saying they deserved to be paid as much as they are but they have people making those decisions internally. It is the companies' money and they should decide how to spend it, not you, not me, not the President of the United states or anyone else.
You are also correct, there are quite a few Libertarians here it is just that they don't bitch and spout ignorance nearly as much as you and yours.
I think I'll stay, thanks, if i leave who will derail your political circle jerks?

So what? I don't see what point you're trying to make here.
They spent a large majority of their lives building up their wealth, they could have been doing ANYTHING else.

How do you get from this to fuck the poor?
How do you get from this to fuck the poor?
How do you get that because they are rich they say "fuck the poor"?
How do you get that because they are rich they say "fuck the poor"?
Oh, of course not. they're all pro-poor. they would NEVER do any thing remotely bad against the poor, right?

Nice generalizations. All Irish are always drunk, right?
People are selfish. Power corrupts. Guess what, in a mostly free market with government to step in when potential economy collapsing things are being done by corporations or when a corporation is agressively trying to kick other corporations out of the market or maintaining a monopoly people are better off overall. Yes there are assholes who make lots of money. There are also very charitable people who make lots of money. Why do we care as long as almost everyone is able to get by and most actually have some money left to spend on luxuries? The only problems I see with our system right now are Lobbyists and... well yeah Lobbyists.

See, I won't argue with you, mainly because you're a piece of trash. You CLEARLY say in each of these posts that YOUR OPINION, is more valid, or more right than anyone elses. I don't. While I act like it, I don't say it, and I certainly don't feel it. Also, Me and mine? First of all, I'm not a fucking democrat, and second of all, nice job just generalizing everything.
Nice generalizations. All Irish are always drunk, right?
They are actually. And why wouldn't they say fuck the poor? They're legally bound to an immediate profit motive, if an action in question provides HUGE profit immediately, they ARE LEGALLY BOUND TO DO SAID ACTION NO MATTER WHO IT FUCKS OVER. Stop ignoring that, for fucks sakes.
Nice generalizations. All Irish are always drunk, right?
Because in order to make money you have to do whatever you can.
you can't become a billionaire without crushing the dreams of at least a few people
also most republicans dont understand how life works for the poor and just say things like "try harder and you can get a good job" or something like that
