I'm a libertarian as I've said before and while morally abortion is wrong and should always be a last resort, the government can't restrict a woman's right to do it and all gays should be allowed to marry.

In my view life is life and I sometimes feel that I consider it more valuable than even the religious do. To me its not so much about killing tangible breathing human life but rather opportunity. Everyone should be given the opportunity to live unless there is serious emotional or physical complications with the mother.

i think it's more of a "oh no, healthcare, centralization, oh no, bad, big government, bad" kinda thing Either way, they don't have the numbers to repeal it, so Boehner making it his top priority might be shooting his own party in the foot for the 2012 elections.

If the republicans repeal it, they'll lose so much popularity. Just for making the country go nowhere, and flip flop on progression to somewhere.

They simply can't repeal it. The best they can do is perhaps modify bits and pieces of it, but whatever, that's normal for something as huge as Healthcare reform. If Boehner's top priority is getting rid of this "monstrosity," then he will never get around to, you know, everything else the Republicans were voted in for, like balancing the budget and shit like that. Hopefully, this will mean good things for the Democrats in 2012 when the Republicans make absolutely no progress.
