They must have some kind of juvenile detention over there. Even if they only keep him locked up till he's 18 or 21, it's better than nothing. If he's old enough to take weapons to school, he's old enough to do a few years in juvie time out.

It just seems impossible to understand why it happened. I can never understand how these kids seem to have so little empathy for others.
