No, in the past few years laws have come into affect banning lolicon/realistic cp in the US and UK. There have been no high profile court cases, so nobody really knows about it

The key difference here is that a sexual attraction to young children is a pretty clear sign that instability already exists. I'm not saying that everybody who jacks it to Loli is one day going to go out and try to coax a child into having sex, or worse, outright rape one, but I can't agree with allowing child pornography to exist in any format for the fact that a mental crack can always be widened. Statistics still say otherwise. Also, why can't the reverse be true? Not everyone wants to elevate from loli/photogenics to rape. Why does an attraction to children constitute instability?
Perhaps a mental crack CAN always be widened, but are you sure, considering the findings of this news post, that although it may propel some individuals deeper down the road of pedophilia, that ultimately it may end up being for the better, that is a decrease in the rates of child predatorial offenses as a direct result of the legalisation and perhaps destigmatisation of lolicon?
