It's more a matter of accepting the reality of it, and taking a humane step to dealing with it, it's the lesser evil if you have such a heavy opposition to it.
Besides, child porn is different from lolicon. Content wise it's very similar, but no children are harmed in the making of it, it's a victimless crime, and therefore not a crime.
