Though I feel a better solution would be to just offer them a choice of vaccinating their kids or charging them the medical bills of the cases from the outbreak (and vaccinating their kids anyway).

Getting it as a teenager or adult though is much more painful.

I used to work with a few women that were anti-vax and relied on "home remedies". One caught the flu at a hockey game, was coughing and sneezing all over the place. Took her kids with her. I no longer work there.

They are caused by two completely different viruses; really the only thing that they are similar in is their giving of skin lesions.
