I think they're just saying these things now to get us all riled up.
North Korea could hurt South Korea if they did attack.
Yes, Seoul would be flattened and... well that's about all really. SK could probably beat them even without the US.
north korea would get fucked up so quickly
It's funny how if they tried launching nukes, I'm pretty sure half of them would fail or explode immediately, then the other half would be shot down or destroyed by defense systems. Afterwards, most of the countries in the world with nuclear bombs would make North Korea look like the surface of the fucking moon.

Kim Jong Un in his power armor.
I found this site a while ago, go to Seoul and choose NK's biggest tested (That we know of). Plus it's a fun toy.

It's all fun and games until someone loses a megacity.
Does North Korea purposefully make some stupid statement every once in a while to stay relevant?
If north korea would launch their nukes (which they probably have very few and weak) whole world would nuke them to dust.
If it weren't for the massive wads of artillery already trained on Seoul 24/7, the war probably wouldn't be that bad, in terms of collateral damage.
Snip

You are glod why don't you ask there.
I misread the title as Kim Jong un-threatens "all-out war" and I was so confused for a second.

No need.
They would launch their nukes, get some failure on their systems, nuke propulsion shut down and fall back from where they came.
Instead of rockets they put all their nukes on the back of a donkey and send it into south korea, detonating it once it wanders near Seoul.

Myth.
Max range of the NK artillery is 60 kilometers, Seoul is 54 km from the border, they have a minimal amount of static artillery that can hit the city. They would have to transport mobile artillery nearer to the DMZ first, but it'd be pretty vulnerable from there.
North korea would be fucking stupid to go up against the US.

The actual threat in the opening barrage of a collapse of the truce comes from conventional ballistic missiles, which iirc NK has enough to saturate SK's Patriot ABM systems (going on pure numbers of each, NK has more missiles than SK has to shoot them down with)
Wouldn't it be great if Anonymous fucked with their only website in existence? Then they'd have a use other then DDoS'ing shit that can be reuped in 30 minutes.
