I haven't found anyone who's actually succeeded in buying one.
Considering you have to sign 9 clarifications that the company can't be held liable for anything done with the laser, it is going to take sometime for people to actually get it. I'm betting those 9 clarifications are going to fill several truck loads of cargo just to get transported.
" Wicked Lasers guarantees that your item will arrive safely at your doorsteps. If your laser product was confiscated by the customs in your country, we will refund your payment fully and give you $100 for your troubles. However, if you are not interested in the refund, we will resend your laser product and give you $100 for your troubles." Sounds too good to be true.
It's silent and does not leave a trace that can be analysed to find the owner.
You can follow the trail of people that now have cancer
You can follow the trail of people that now have cancer
Q: Does laser "radiation" go through the body or cause cancer? A: Some lasers emit radiation in the form of light. Others emit radiation that is invisible to the eye, such as ultraviolet or infrared radiation. In general, laser radiation is not in itself harmful, and behaves much like ordinary light in its interaction with the body. Laser radiation should not be confused with radio waves, microwaves, or the ionizing x-rays or radiation from radioactive substances such as radium.
I've received confirmation emails on products I've never recieved.
I've recieved products from WickedLasers before, and this package will reach it's destination. Stop being so pessimistic.
Wait wait wait wait wait...? Is this thing actually gonna be a viable worry in the UK or USA? Will it actually be a danger?
Wait wait wait wait wait...? Is this thing actually gonna be a viable worry in the UK or USA? Will it actually be a danger?
If retarded 10 year olds gets their hands on it, yes.

How cool as this might be, knowing i am quite clumsy i would probably burn or blind myself...
How cool as this might be, knowing i am quite clumsy i would probably burn or blind myself...
I'm kind of over-careful/paranoid with things like this. I guess i'll be fine.
This seriously needs to stop. I'm actually scared by this.
I'm kind of over-careful/paranoid with things like this. I guess i'll be fine.
Don't bother getting this. You or worse, someone else, will go blind.
Don't bother getting this. Powerful lasers have always been available, but just not this cheap. [editline]12:40AM[/editline]
uh-oh, US Customs will most likely get a hold of it.
What the heck is US customs anyways? I don't live there. Edit: Kind of figured it out, though why is the US related to Norway and China?
Seriously, I know Paul-Simon in real life, and I know he won't hurt anyone with this. He's actually a little too careful, rarely letting me touch his cool gadgets. The fact that you guys whine without even knowing what he is like amuses me. You can all chill, if he does hurt someone/something I will most likely put a scissor up his ass and then start opening up and down repetively. I say this because I know he won't hurt anything.
Haha, I love how you guys are acting like this is somehow going to end up in an all-out laser war.
This is like when people discovered the Turret exploit in TF2. Just let people fuck around till it gets illegal. [editline]12:55AM[/editline] I'm not "people" by the way, I'm someone that DOESN'T point it at planes and cars.
Yeah, this thing is powerful. A friend of mine owns a 200mW laser, that's enough to light things on fire, though it might take a while, they're also illegal here. This thing is 1 W, so it's five times as powerful.
Because we don't want some dick going into a mall and blinding/burning little children.
I would do that if I could. However, I am not a responsible person. Paul-Simon is. Seriously guys, stop freaking out, no one with a little common sense would buy this and actually do stupid shit like this. Not even the guys on facebook [editline]10:01PM[/editline]
I don't think you are smart enough to handle a laser of this caliber if you are comparing this to a video game glitch.
Stop. It was an example, you're acting like you're an idiot [editline]10:04PM[/editline] Paul, I think you should post pics of what you already have, so you can show them you actually have some experience. (The Torch and that Laser you have). I know this much, his his K/D ratio is currently 0/0
Stop. It was an example, you're acting like you're an idiot
The idea of waiting till enough people get hurt for it to become illegal is mind blowingly stupid.
also, lol "most dangerous laser ever created" When I was an arc welder we would use 300w infrared argon lasers which could boil steel, this is nothing- I think they mean "most powerful handheld laser"
dude that's nothing back in 'nam was used to use 500w lasers to cut helicopters in half
Expect a lot of random fires soon.
The idea of waiting till enough people get hurt for it to become illegal is mind blowingly stupid.
It's no ones concern of what people do and buy until it becomes a problem
The idea of waiting till enough people get hurt for it to become illegal is mind blowingly stupid.
No one is gonna get hurt. Chill the fuck down
No one is gonna get hurt. Chill the fuck down
Here's a weapon capable of ruining anyone's life within an instant. But it's okay, no one's ever going to have an accident with it. I promise. Not like every other weapon in the world, where people accidentally pull the trigger on the shotgun. Not saying it'll happen to every owner of this, but it's going to have troubles.

Sure, there are examples of really unresponsible parents, but when something costs more than 100£ the object is normally researched. No one would buy a shotgun for their kid if they know they kid can't handle a shotgun, just like this laser
Find me government document that classifies consumer hand held lasers as a weapon.
So your only argument is to dispute semantics?
