Depressed people don't have to make others happy. They focus on themselves to try and make themselves feel better. Rightly so.

If you went up to a depressed person and told him that he needs to care about other people first he's going to ignore you big time.

Do you have loads of money, a lot of friends, luck with girls, no health problems, no mental issues? Does everybody look up to you? If you do and are selfish, you're an arrogant prick.

Do you have nothing, lack friends, are discriminated, have health problems, any mental issue? Do people look down on you? Are you bullied and ostracized? If you are and are selfish, you have a right to be.
