And considering the exact depicted attack actually happened to a real reporter not too long ago, it's an incredibly offensive joke even if it was. It is clearly implying a desire to beat up CNN. This man has millions of followers with a similar mindset of hating on certain news outlets, and he has a history of supporting violence against his enemies. He doesn't have to expressly say [I]"Please go and hurt [X]"[/I] to indirectly encourage some of his supporters to be more violent, and that's what he consistently does with his words, and now, his memes.
