You already can, the problem comes when you want to 3d print a waifu for lewd things, even if the plastic is food safe it's not a good idea, if it breaks you are probably going to suffer, it likely isn't a pleasant thing to have intercourse with, also the layering creates perfect spaces for bacteria, which is why you shouldn't make cups and other things with a 3d printer.
There's also flexible filament, but that suffers from the same issues as a normal 3d print, mainly the layering.
However, you could probably smooth it out and then make a platinum-cured version by making the print a mold, that should work fine, iirc a lot of sex toys are made out of sillicone, I believe that sex is probably going to drive 3d printing in the future and give us another sexual revolution, [URL="https://youtu.be/Gm8PoV4yWDU"]which would be great[/URL].

The fun part is this will have multiple uses. A larger penis for some and an extremely realistic dildo for others :sex101:
That woulda actually be pretty cool. Printing a high-definition dildo, but with functional "vessels" filled with some sort of synthetic fluid. Add a small heating element to warm up the fluid, and some sort of advanced hydraulic motor to simulate a pulse, and you would have something frighteningly authentic. Bonus points if it includes a cumtube. (though of course, it'd need to be silicone, since living flesh has a tendency to, y'know, go off)
