The factory will be made of lead and plastic but, good thing is lead absorbs Gama Rays
Finally the world seems to be starting to care for its energy problems, and actually doing stuff about it rather than just "go green". Now, all we need is for america to start doing this...
Well, sort of. China also refuses to limit its greenhouse emissions in its commercial sector and is the fastest growing polluter in the world. Some of their energy initiatives are pretty great, but they'd much rather grow their economy, and they are.
So even though China is not an ally to America (Only a trade ally), we let their students come to our country to learn, we help the research better methods of building nuclear power plants, and who knows what else. The Chinese are very arrogant, and i feel like we are making a very big mistake. In the coming century i feel as if they are going to try and conquer much of the south pacific.

One could alternatively look at everything you said and notice how these things form a bond between our nations that might prevent war altogether.
Nuclear powered PCs anybody?
