The Cartesion Demon is the least complex explanation around, but it requires you to assume that all information you ever have, will, or could acquire is false. So it fails Occam's Razor. occam's razor is a load of bunk designed for people who can't wait for or can't get actual evidence anyway though, so I'm not much of a fan.
