Well, glad I'm not the same stupid kid seven-eight years ago that thought "Gee whiz I'm kinda keep using the same weak password on EVERY account I use just because I'm lazy, surely nothing bad will happen to me"
with passwords http://pred.me/gmail.html personally, I wouldn't be very concerned. my first lost email's password was leaked, but the one listed is my own from around 2007, which isn't the right one either. I'm not the only one to find their accounts password leaked only to see the password hasn't been in use for years [editline]aa[/editline] to add onto this, you may want to double check anyway. some people are posting that the passwords are much newer and even some still in use, while you also got cases where the passwords seems to near 10 years of age.
Ah interesting, seems like my old password was on the list. Which I changed like two years ago after google alerted me of suspicious activity.
Yes! Account <bleh>@gmail.com is found! First two symbols of password is: pl. Immediately change your password!
But wait, this is some really old password from 2012, which was like plcMwd2@, mine is actually 14+ chars.
I really need to revamp my passwords and actually write the fuckers down. Now seems like a perfect time to do it.

i'm on there and the pass is old, WOO
What a thing to wake up to, though it looks like my details haven't been compromised, and surprisingly, nor has my Dad's. Just the other day I caught him almost falling for some shitty paypal phishing email asking for his details, bless his soul
The passwords and usernames were collected over several years using various phishing methods.
Explains how they got so many. In other words, anyone who changes their password periodically is completely safe. Good to know. [editline]11th September 2014[/editline]
Imagine going to an interview and telling them these emails
Those are all probably spam accounts in all probability. There's a very good chance that wherever the passwords were taken from was such an obviously dodgy site, fake spam accounts were created to interact with them.
Most popular passwords: http://pastebin.com/T9PffikD

1107 trustno1
yes i love this
I forgot my password for my account like last week. Recovery wasnt working for me so i thought all was lost and now i've logged into my google account thanks to this leak Thanks hackers
Mine was in there, so I changed it just in case. Luckily my official public mail adress wasn't cracked.
Oh boy, my parents' email address and current password is on there. Guess who gets to have the internet safety chat tomorrow :D
Well, nothing pertaining to my account in the list, and I also activated 2-step validation. So for me no worries.
mine was on there but it has a really old password. lol.
Imagine going to an interview and you got to show an email like these. Who the hell would think that putting "penis" in their email would be a good idea?
Most people have email that they made ages ago like these(probably less penis on them though) and they just use them for sites and other stuff, and then they have one with their name on it which they use when applying to a job.
Use this: https://isleaked.com/en.php
Phew! It showed me green all the way. People are pretty awesome for setting that up.
Trying to remember where I used that old password is annoying. [editline]11th September 2014[/editline] Luckily it was an old one.
My main Gmail-account was on the list, but it listed my super-old password from years ago?
Good thing I learned from that EA hack and started to use different passwords for every website I have an account in. I keep a small book with me.
I'm a lazy fuck so a lot of the passwords to shit I couldn't care if I lost are mostly the same. Banking accounts and email addresses are all separate though because I figure those are the most important things I wish not to lose. Keeping passwords in a physical location makes me nervous though. Less of a deal if it's discrete and on you I guess.
If it's mostly old-ass passwords, then their cracking methods must be really bad.
I had entirely forgotten my old backup emails so I decided to search by password and I scored. None of my important email accounts were on the list though. [editline]11th September 2014[/editline] Also, am I the only person that just kinda wants to steal some of these emails and just harass the ever loving piss out of everyone they've ever emailed so they get angry replies back? You know, as punishment for having the dumbest shit for a goddamn password.
Imagine going to an interview and you got to show an email like these. Who the hell would think that putting "penis" in their email would be a good idea?
22bigpenis22@gmail.com fuck you found me
Yes, my accounts are safe. I actually somehow entered my password in wrong when logging into my 2 other accounts, I swear I put them in right, so I changed it and it is all good now.
luckily for me it was my old password.
I never changed the password on my old e-mail. Not surprised it showed up in this. Closed it, would rather not have to remember another e-mail account password.
just use a program / write it down
