Well first his claims rely on the US being behind the riots instead of them just being done by the people against an authoritarian regime. I'm sure he understands how the people can go against their leaders but even if you are in power, the people can still be against you.
Next why would the US and NATO invade if this is a Coup d'état and they are installing a puppet government? If they wanted to invade, why even bother with the riots in the first place? Not like they need a reason to invade when Oil is involved. They could invade to get the oil, but they would certainly be using a different method.
Also these guys are just in a big anti-US party. Remnants of the Cold War when all the big countries left and it's just a few silly little states blaming all the worlds problems on the US. They are certainly allowed to form their own secret club when the US won't let them into theirs, but I wouldn't take anything they say about them as anything but wild accusations.
