Trump Unveils Child Care Policy - Tax-Free Accounts for Parents, Government May Match Deposits
I don't think you should be having kids if you are working a job that can barely support yourself though
you do realise that this line of thinking has basically led to most developed countries having really low birthrates. people not having children at all is a bigger problem for society than a few irresponsible people having kids they can't look after properly
you have an awful lot of people who feel like they shouldn't have children because of the great expense in doing so - the result of which is that the working population is shrinking. it's taken to such an extreme in japan that their population is plummeting now and the government is only just starting to improve childcare
if trump wins, his plan of cutting immigration will worsen this to the point that America will have to worry more about population decline than anything else
It's good to know that there are means of terminating said pregnancy if it's unwanted. It's good to know that modern birth control is around 99.9% effective when used properly.
In this day and age, assuming you weren't raped, there's NO fucking excuse to have an "accidental kid"
I don't know man, what if you trip and your dick accidentelly flies into and cums into a vag?
that and, not all states allow abortion, and the funny thing about birth control being 99.99% effective is that there's still a chance that it will fail. You see, that's the thing about 99.99999% anything. It still can fail. Unless of course you use more than one method, I'm pretty sure there's no chance in hell then.
So like, yeah, probably no real way to excuse it, once you think about that. But it can happen.

I mean, ALL THINGS CONSIDERED, you could still trip and accidently dick a vag.
Isn't this socialism that Republicans hate?
The republican party is of course well known for encouraging sex ed and making abortion readily available to people, so they don't end up with kids they don't want or can't take care of.
Yes... Thank you for making a random true statement.
Seems like a decent idea at first glance, though it's a completely hollow promise. Under Trump's tax plan, it's basically impossible to pay for. We would already have to completely gut our budget, and I have a pretty good feeling I know what programs will be hit the hardest with a GOP-led slashing committee.

Man, to see the world through whatever goggles you're wearing. This is the same GOP who has been trying to slash funding for Planned Parenthood, who has fought for decades to make abortion illegal (or, failing that, to be so heavily regulated that it's effectively impossible to provide), who has fought to make sure that birth control is not covered by insurance plans, who has repeatedly pushed the merits of abstinence only sex education, and who wants to make the most effective forms of contraceptives (and "morning after" pills) illegal.
So, like, I'm having a little trouble understanding how that was, in any way, a true statement.
I read somewhere earlier today that they were going to crack down on unemployment fraud and reallocate the saved funds to this
One third of the money will be from cutting other programs, likely unemployment yes. The other two-thirds will come from "increased growth under Trump's new bold tax reform plan". Which is basically political speak for he is going to pull the money out of a rabbits ass.

I wrote my post wrong. I meant to reply to the obvious sarcastic message in Godong's post. Of course the republicans are terrible on those things. But he seemed to be implying that I supported the republicans or something.

Just have the Fed write a check, we're golden.
