Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson: a run for president is a 'real possibility'

I should run for president
Fuck it lads, I should run for President. Sure several culchies here have mistaken me for an American, I'm sure that's the only hurdle I need to overcome.
I'd get all the Irish Americans on board. There'd be free Guinness for all on St. Patrick's Day.
I'd certainly be more qualified than Trump anyway.
I come from a country with a proper education system.

I will only acept this if they settle everything in the ring. Rock vs Puttin at Wrestlemania 40.
I wonder if trump has been the beginning of celebrity presidency or if everyone will forever use trump as an example of why celebrities are not good presidents.
Since Trump was elected, it's been proven that 0 political experience can get people elected. Even Oprah is considering.

Dear christ, I think Boondocks might've actually predicted the fucking future.
If Drew Carey runs, does that mean we can call the US Elections "Whose Presidential Seat Is It Anyway?"
Welcome to Whose Presidential Seat Is It Anyway? where everything's made up and the polls don't matter!

You're describing reality as it is

Oh man it'd be so cathartic to see putin get beat up in a wrestling match.

She inherited quite a budget crunch from President Trump.

This is how all wars and conflicts should be decided. Between the leaders and not the men and woman they send out to die for them!
Putin gonna get rekt.

Oprah would absolutely beat Trump in an election
Many people intensely dislike Hillary and she still won the popular vote, Oprah would crush him
Ahaha fuck it, I would love to see this happen
I wouldn't. I don't want the free world to be ruled by someone who is unqualified ever again.
political experience aside, it's worth the consideration at least:
- registered as republican with liberal views on social issues
- part of a previous organization dedicated to registering and getting out the vote (smackdown your vote)
- has attended both the RNC and DNC
- the literal embodiment of "pull yourself up by your bootstraps"
- samoan and african american heritage
- consistently one of the most liked celebrities
- could utilize the power of Hollywood money for superpacs, advertising, voter registration drives, etc.
A year ago i'd have a cute grin and forget about news like this but these days I have to remember it's a legitimate possibility. I'd still take it
I mean, The Rock IS already highly involved in the intelligence community. Can't forget this tweet.

Otherwords true Moderate Republican?
And since Trump damaged idea of having a celebrity as your American politician, I going say no thanks to having another Celebrity president for half century.
i mean id rather not have two non-politicians be president two terms in a row, but id take dwayne johnson over trump any day
Jokes aside, I don't know how I feel about running for President increasingly becoming a publicity stunt for celebrities with no political experience.
It was a joke before Trump showed up. Everyone just pretended it wasn't. Trump only made the circus show its true colors.

Keep that crystal worshiper away from office.
I would vote for Terry Crews or the Rock before almost any current career politician that I can think of except maybe Sanders. Bring it on.

We already had a celebrity president for most of the 80s, I doubt the American people would be turned off by another one.

Because of the Old Spice commercials, I can't help but imagine Terry Crews answering every question from the press with 'POWER!'

Yea that was the case before Reagan long-term economic drawbacks affected today issues.
But this is today when Trump is still president with creating already a negative image on the idea now and because of that most people right now don't want another celebrity president that would ruin this nation even further.
