Arizona is literally ran by Fascists.
it's not that bad just bad if you are involved with campus PD or the sheriff
Why do I have to live in Arizona. :suicide:
He came to America to start a new life because of bullying back home, then one thing led to another, and he's sentenced to prison for 7 years with a bruised up mugshot on the nationwide media.. Yeah.
A surprising number of FPers live in Arizona.
a great experience in the land of the free

Speaking of Arizona, they just recently redefined pregnancy as beginning 2 weeks before conception (yes you read that right, 2 weeks before having the actual sex that made you pregnant) :v:
This news makes me wanna blow up Arizona with a goddamm nuke then repeatedly blow it up a thousand more times till not even oxygen can survive in the shithole known as Arizona
I'm sorry, what? Oxygen isn't an organism.
when someone says "i died laughing" do u take it literally
Yeah, my aspergers causes that. Thanks.
Yeah, my aspergers causes that. Thanks.
no it doesn't
So they turned onto a closed off street with people on it because of a music festival, so they called 911 thinking he was trying to run people over? Not sure if i'm reading this right.. Also yay, my state gets more bad rep.
God damn, why is our legal system so fucked up? Honestly, first the botched Trayvon Martin murder investigation and now a guy goes to prison for turning into a one-way going the opposite direction, gets punched in the face and goes to prison because he panicked and ran over a woman's foot.
First of all, the system is fine. It does need some tweaking when it comes to sentencing and rehabilitation. That being said, it is what we have so deal with it. As for Trayvon's case it isn't law enforcements job to jump the gun or respond to lynch mobs. After an investigation he was later charged and is now out on bail. I don't know what else you freaking idiots can ask for. This isn't CSI where they solve a homicide within 30 minutes. Most cities don't even have crime labs, they have to send all their shit to a lab that is ran by DPS or other agency. Its funny that you mention that case because you're mentality is exactly what these people did to this man. They made assumptions, literally went over-board and practically ruined this mans life. For what? Because he mistakenly went down a one-way-road? Shit I've done that two or three times by mistake, arrest me and give me the electric chair. If people like you had it their way Zimmerman would have gone though what this Norwegian man went though.
Arizona is kind of an ass-backwards state.
Thankfully, that is not the end of the road for him. Because of the American justice system, he can file for an appeal. Which he will likely win. At the very least, he'll be freed. Hopefully he gets some compensation for all this as well.
Wow that's fucked up. You know what happened when someone hit me with a car going the wrong way? I stumbled slightly, gave him a dumb look, and walked away. These people fucking mob the guy, he probably thinks they're going to kill him, takes off, they get hurt. If anything, it's the mob who should be imprisoned for battery and assault. The guy could be charged, but he only tried to flee the people hurting him, so I'd consider any injuries he caused to be self-defense.
Please stop being a state if you're going to abuse every right and freedom the constitution guarantees you, Arizona. Stop trying to be this police state against any sort of physical act.
I wouldn't expect anything less from the xenophobic Arizonian sodomites.
Comparing this to the trial against Breivik in Norway is actually pretty hilarious.
I love my state. Ha, sike. Fuck you Arizona. Been on probation for 4 years because of the court system in AZ.
I love my state. Ha, sike. Fuck you Arizona. Been on probation for 4 years because of the court system in AZ.
Sucks to be you then. Don't mess with the law and the law won't mess with you.
Typical Americans. Arrogant like always.
Pretty arrogant of you to say.
I've always been afraid to travel to the US myself, simply because stuff like this can happen. I'm also from Norway.
Well, I certainly get more reasons every week to actually NOT travel into the united states.
Yes because where you live must be a shining utopia right? Dumb people exist in every country, its stupid to think everyone in America is made up of retards considering over 300 million people live here. You're going to hear about dumb things more in a country that has 290+ million more people than your country. But obviously our justice system is in dire need of change.
I don't feel like going to America any time soon.
7.5 years for going down a one way street? That seems unlikely, I've done that a few times and never got arrested.
Good god that's awful. How in the hell do they expect criminals to come out of prison and not re offend with this sort of treatment?
American prisons aren't meant to rehabilitate, they're to break down criminals and make them feel sub-human. Also, this is fucked. Like, how can anyone justify this? He was attacked in his car, and as he was trying to save his own life, one of the attackers hurt her foot. If anything she should go to jail.
Sometimes I really hate my state...
Sucks to be you then. Don't mess with the law and the law won't mess with you.
dude says he was fucked by the courts In a thread about a guy getting fucked by the courts And you automatically assume he deserved it With absolutely no backstory What are you doing
I can kinda see why my American flatmate wants to stay here for his higher education rather than going back to Arizona. With all the crazy ass bills they seem to be trying to pass and the way his Uni back there have been fucking with him as he tried to transfer here his only real reason to go back there is family it seems.
