No, it isn't. Specific upgrade packages will reinforce the vehicle so it can have a higher limit (130) as opposed to the civilian limit of 110. But ultimately the default limiter for most models of the Crown Victoria Police Interceptor is 120 mph. LE agencies can indeed remove the limiter using the city garage, but it is extremely rare to find it as a department policy to do so. If you are exceeding 120 mph, it is time to call in the high speed interceptor, rely on the helicopter to maintain pursuit, or discontinue the chase. [editline]31st October 2011[/editline] The grey looks like a security uniform.
civilian limit of 110? is that just in crown vics because I did 116 in my car just this week
This video makes me cry.. quite literally. It's hard to watch someone kill another person like that and have the audio recorded
The scream is the worst part. Ugh, the screams. I can't even imagine pain like that.
civilian limit of 110? is that just in crown vics because I did 116 in my car just this week
Depends on year
it's a 2008 and an american made car quick check on wikipedia says since 1995 there hasn't been a federal mandate on speed limits

Car's (generally) are not meant to go 110 without some kind of failure (ie. Crown Vic's drivetrain)

I wish I didn't watch that, hearing another human being scream like that honestly makes me cry
I sure hope that they got that asshole and threw him in to the deepest pit in the prison.
He is on death row.
People speeding and refusing to pull over all too often have hostile intentions. (2:02)
God those videos are horrible to watch.
Even the cop gets in trouble.
He is on death row.
Good to know that asshole didn't get away.
Why does this make me think of something from a lawforkids.org comic?
Should have flicked his blues on, would have looked like the speed was justified until another cop car joins the chase and realises there's no criminal being chased.
