Marky mark made some good music, he was in some movies. So I can forgive him for poking a dude with a stick. However, he will never be forgiven for the Max Payne movie.

I don't know, he might get charged with killing another archbishop.
I wouldn't offer a pardon to someone who committed a violent crime. There's a huge list of people who've been convicted of stuff like burglaries and drug possession, and they'd all be ahead of violent offenders if I was deciding who gets a pardon. You also shouldn't get credit for turning your life around, you're supposed to live a noncriminal life to start with. The fact he turned his life around is good for him, it means he lived a better life than if he hadn't. It doesn't undo what he did.
i think not only should wahlberg get a pardon for this, but all convicts should be able to have their records expunged eventually. i think one of the big failings of the justice system is how a conviction pretty much haunts you for life
i didnt know you were a crook

After that he stayed out of trouble. How much more does he have to pay? I think he has already paid his debt. What harm is a pardon going to do? Should we fuck people over for life due to a mistake made in the past? A mistake in which he already paid for.
i didnt know you were a crook
you got me, i'm a convict myself and the reason i argue in favour of convict rights on the internet is to try and one day get my record expunged

There's thousands of people that get fucked over for life on non-violent crimes that aren't even in the same league as what Wahlberg committed. I don't think he should be pardoned as an isolated case just because he's famous.
