The funny thing is that in part this would directly infringe on the "Freedom of Religion" part of the constitutional law, as there's several religions that allow abortion. People like this dumb fuck wanting to make abortion illegal thereby preventing people following aforementioned religions from exercising it. Same for same-sex marriage.

Personally, I'm against abortion except in extreme cases (mother's life in danger, etc). This law is really dumb though. All it'll probably do is force the woman to try and find a doctor that could do it, and that doctor probably won't know what they are doing and/or being a fraud. Plus, ridiculous prison sentences need to stop in America. We've (America) have got one of the highest prison populations, and we inprison people for long periods for pretty minor things, and then sometimes said people find a gang or are screwed up for life (can't get a job, etc) so they resort to more crime.

Funny how we fight the Middle East and call them barbarians, and yet it seems as though the US is turning [i]into[/i] the Middle East.

Man, being a doctor these days must suck, you can get put in jail or sued blind by stupid ungrateful fucks who think they know more about medicine then some of the smartest people around. Honestly, if you had a child that was born of rape or Incest, since people take after your parents, you'd always see your attacker in your child. With incest the baby has a high chance of being retarded, so the baby might be born with downs sydrome, or missing or malformed limbs, and have a terrible childhood as result and be a great burden to his/her parents. Even worse, the kid grows up normally and finds out that mom and dad are siblings, or cousins. Finally, this is a huge fuck you to womans rights, as they no longer has control over their own reproductive organs. Like it or not, women are still going to try, are we really going to go back to the dark ages where women got abortions by a pair of boxing gloves or a coathanger. Without this option of a safe medical abortion, people will die. This is a stupid fucking act. I hate republicans more and more each day and i am thankful that i don't live in that fucked up country called america.
