It's a still from an episode of Futurama in which they deliver a package to an uninhabited planet run by robots who hate humans. One scene involves a movie theater showing a B-movie of a fire-breathing human attacking a couple teenage robots. Later, they meet the Robot Council, and Fry distracts them by saying that if they don't let them go, he'll use his fire breath. The council can't remember if humans can actually do that or if they just made it up.
