http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Body_mass_index_chart.svg
I'm probably near the border of underweight-normal. I only weigh between 105 and 110 pounds, but I'm also only like 5'6", 5'7".
Its been way lower than that before... i think i was at 16.5-ish about 5 years ago. I forget, but i remember the doctor being very concerned, and my school got in a specialist nurse.
Well, how old were you 5 years ago?
discriminate against fat people until they decide to stop eating and start working out!!!
I discriminate against people who's avatar is a dogs ass.
I discriminate against people who's avatar is a dogs ass.
i discriminate against banned people
i discriminate against banned people
I discriminate against myself.
If someone is fat because they have something medically wrong with them or then they don't deserve to be made fun of because of it. On the other hand if they are fat because they eat nothing but fast food and never exercise like that 600 pound mother from NJ then they brought it on them selves. When you let your self go to the point you're so fat you can't walk you have to realize that you need to go on a diet at some point along the way. You don't just turn in to a boomer over night, it takes time
America wants its citizens to be fat. It's not gonna change soon.
America wants its citizens to be fat. It's not gonna change soon.
Fat wants its America to be citizens. :downs:
of course doctors discriminate against fat people. fat people are usually massively unhealthy because of shit they've done to themselves.
Although I think the whole "there's nothing bad about being fat" thing they keep pushing is pretty ridiculous, refusing to hire someone just because they're fat is pretty bullshit if it doesn't interfere with their work
Although I think the whole "there's nothing bad about being fat" thing they keep pushing is pretty ridiculous, refusing to hire someone just because they're fat is pretty bullshit if it doesn't interfere with their work
I agree, if you're going to work a desk job how is your weight going to affect your work directly? I mean, I sure as hell wouldn't want a fat fireman to drag me out of a building, but for most jobs it is just plain wrong.
So they can't handle the truth, OR exercise?? Let's just send them to the Japs then, they know how to handle whales. (User was banned for this post ("Racism" - TH89))
of course doctors discriminate against fat people. fat people are usually massively unhealthy because of shit they've done to themselves.
Excuse me asshole, but I'm not exactly skinny and I'm healthy as fuck. Trust me, I'm more fat than I am muscle and I RARELY visit the hospital. In fact, I visited the hospital more back when I was skinny. Plus stop saying we all eat sweets, thats fucked up. Sweets have the smallest part of my daily intake. I DO enjoy them, but I rarely have them. Plus I usually eat at least 1 thing from different food groups daily. So how about you lay off before saying ALL of us are unhealthy.
Being overweight, even obese, used to be a sign of wealth, prestige, and admiration. "HEY ASSHOLE, I'LL HAVE YOU KNOW I'M ACTUALLY TRYING TO LOSE THIS WEIGHT" [editline]06:34PM[/editline]
Make outside more fun.
Oh wow, and you wonder why you are chubby or something.
Despite the abundance of research showing that most people are unable to make significant long-term changes in their weight, it’s clear that doctors tend to view obesity as a matter of personal responsibility. Perhaps they see shame and stigma as a health care strategy.
I find it suspicious that a) I've never heard of studies that suggest most people cannot make significant long term changes in their weight and b) the first time I hear about it is an article written by a fatty Let's be honest, in the majority of cases being fat is a matter of personal responsibility

They are doctors. It's not bias you fatties out there. It's experience. God I HATE fat people. They symbolize everything that is wrong with western culture. My uncle weights 300ish pounds. And it's disgusting. [editline]07:37PM[/editline]
Make outside more fun.
I just have to quote this.
They are doctors. It's not bias you fatties out there. It's experience. God I HATE fat people. They symbolize everything that is wrong with western culture.
Actually, some people (SOME) are born fat and can't help it. But yeah, physical fitness isn't exactly an unfair way to judge somebody. Besides, do you really expect people to just drop the old stigma of obesity? Pfft. Fat chance.
Yeah, some people are born fat, but that doesn't mean that they're doomed to be fat their entire life. It's possible for everybody to lose weight.
My BMI is 17.7 :smug:
Mine was less than that...
I'm probably near the border of underweight-normal. I only weigh between 105 and 110 pounds, but I'm also only like 5'6", 5'7". Well, how old were you 5 years ago?
14/15 ish
Make outside more fun.
Any respect I had for your previous post is now gone, nice job.
Mine was less than that...
what is it now?
what is it now?
I dunno. When I graduated high school I weighed 105. Everyone complains about being fat, but being skinny is fucking terrible. You can't do much to fight your metabolism. I gained weight working out and drinking protein shakes, I'm like 125 now.
Cool. I found jogging seems to help me gain weight. But protein shakes? =/ hmm
Make outside more fun.
See this? that's the reason you're fat.
Excuse me asshole, but I'm not exactly skinny and I'm healthy as fuck. Trust me, I'm more fat than I am muscle and I RARELY visit the hospital. So how about you lay off before saying ALL of us are unhealthy.
You are unhealthy in the long term. Your excess body fat will lead to clogging of the arteries over time and you will most likely die young from a stroke or heart attack if you are obese. If you are just overweight and you carry muscle with it then you're fine, but being obese and not exercising at all is so detrimental.
Cool. I found jogging seems to help me gain weight. But protein shakes? =/ hmm
That's because you replace fat with muscles.
Cool. I found jogging seems to help me gain weight. But protein shakes? =/ hmm
Drink weight gainer.
