And even then they can only really feast off of the money for a generation or two.
Not 20 billion, that lasts a LONG fucking time. But yeah, it goes away some time.
Yes, even though the question is not directed at me. People who are rich deserve to be rich because they worked hard all though school. They probably got all A's got scholarships and worked hard all though college.
If you are poor more than likely you can thank your parents for that. They had just as much of a chance as a World-renowned surgeon.
except 95% of the people who come out of college don't make shit (IF they find jobs) for years. fail argument
not to mention it's obvious you don't get out much. there's plenty of hard working poor people out there (almost all of them are the people that enable rich people to live they way they are).
what's your idea of being poor and being rich anyway?

You could technically say that everyone in America is rich according to Egypt's standards.
You could technically say that everyone in America is rich according to Egypt's standards.
Everyone in America IS rich in a fair amount of country's standards
Gee, I'm sure Andrew Carnegie never put any effort towards becoming rich and putting Pittsburgh back on the map, as well as giving it its first free library and an IV league university. Bill Gates? He never put any effort into Microsoft, no wonder it's about to go bankrupt. Valve? They haven't done shit or put effort into any of their products. The list goes on, they're all lazy bums.
You are a fucking idiot.

fuckity fuck fuck

what the fuck was the point of "rich people don't work hard"
Everyone in America IS rich in a fair amount of country's standards
Proving that even if you just live in a first world country, you're better off living here than most places.
You could technically say that everyone in America is rich according to Egypt's standards.
and then say everyone in egypt is rich according to east timor's standards. either way it doesn't really matter and isn't relevant
He said on the way.
This bill is a huge piece of shit, but it's necessary for the US to move forward in terms of getting universal health care.
If we wanted to do that, we would have cut out the competing government insurance and stuck purely with insurance reform for the time being.
You don't impose a half-assed government run system with the intention of using it as a catalyst for further reform.
what the fuck was the point of "rich people don't work hard"
everything is connected
there would be no rich people without poor people
I'm rather divided on this bill. Certain aspects of it are quite troubling, but there are many necessary reforms being made as well- not to mention that I stand to greatly benefit from this. Not much else to do but wait and see how this plays out, hoping for the best.
everything is connected

how does that relate to the statement that rich people don't work hard

Obviously not, I'm making a suggestion that he isn't a political genius, and I thought his picture was funny.
Here's this for a joke
zombiefreak: spoiled rich kid (it's true as well.)

Spoiled? Are you joking? Most of my possession are either from my birthdays or from money that I have earned.

We don't mean to say that the rich don't work hard.
However, I would say that the vast majority of poor people work very hard but don't get the services they deserve.
You've been acting as if all poor people are free loaders, and that simply isn't so.
Also, this health care bill is primarily aimed at middle class workers that make money and contribute to society,
but are still unable to afford health care with our current system.
I know the value of money and that is why the republican bill is better.
[editline]04:34PM[/editline]
borked mah automerge.
And because the bill is too long, unlike the Republican's bill.
Oh, I'm not talking to every single European, but please stop speaking out of your ass and thinking you know American politics. You know who you are.
I'm sorry, I just can't form a coherent sentence at the moment, I'm laughing too hard at the idiocy of your posts.
You know what, just go play MW2 or something, and leave the talk of politics to people who actually know what the hell they're talking about, alright?

But no one has actually read the bill.
[editline]04:36PM[/editline]
Give me one politician (besides obama and pelosi) that has actually read the bill?
Because it's very long
Uhh
Every member of congress to start.
Lemme reprase that, name one that has not written the bill.
Uhh

Well, I doubt every member of congress read it, they probably had someone else do it for them? I dunno, it's a really REALLY big bill, and I can't imagine they have much time to sit down and read 800 pages of bill
