Anyway, I saw the video of Hannah Montana smoking salvia out of a bong and it did a ++ to my respect for Ms. Cyrus. Billy Ray came out a day or two later and was all like "Oh I'm so sad my daughter was smoking I am disappoint" but she's 18 and salvia is legal, so, there you go. B-Ray Cyre is still a dumbass and Hannah Montana is getting hipper by the second.
