It doesn't matter if it only kills armed personnel, every single country on the face of the earth will denounce the US for using a nuclear bomb.

Realistically I think China will just make sure we won't plow across the border after We take care of NK.

The People's Republic of China will never get involved militarily. But since they want North Korea as a buffer state against the democratic South then they'll be the ones brokering a ceasefire or peace.
