I doubt the citizens in NK would fight for their country to the point where it turns in to a guerrilla war.

They love it, and think that NK is the most powerful and prosperous nation in the world.
The possibly million people working in slave camps and untold millions of others who now have access to mild forms of western media like DVD players (Thus knowing how much of a shitfest their country actually is) don't.

They'd be terrified at first, since they think the outside world is a literal hell. In the end, they'd still be bitter but I think that would gradually go away as they started settling down into a new society.
