Anyone who is deploying is going there to help close up shop and relieve units that have been there for a bit. When I was there, a lot of FOBs and COPs (Forward Operating Base, Combat Out Post) closed down, now even more are getting closed. By the end of this year we will have pretty much wrapped up most operations, and next year will see only two bases operational, really.
