Anyone remember those "gold plated" pokemon cards that came in pokeballs? Those were the shit.

The toys were always fucking awful from what I remember. Books like those seem like a much better idea.
Suddenly, a lot less kids want to go eat at McDonald's. Win win, huh?
I can see a lot of those books going to waste.
Though a much needed improvment on plastic toys they are still a long way off from books like roald dahl. These are merely books that will last 2 mins, just fun facts...something they won't pick up again after reading once.
Chik-Fil-A does this actually, and my niece loves it.
Last time we went they were offering Franklin and Friends books with kids meals.

DK books were pretty much half of my childhood.

I still have mine. Only got 3 though.
Pikachu, Jigglypuff and Charizard.
Will this only be in the UK for now, or will it be in Canada and America as well?
I mostly just care if it will be in Canada.
