UN Says disrupting internet access is a human rights violation

Still, its nice that they could take a few moments of their busy agenda of [URL="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_Nations_Human_Rights_Council#Israel"]pretty much only ever condemning Israel[/URL] to actually talk about something else.
