Yeah, Let's plan for something that rarely happens in the freak chance that it does happen!
It wasn't up for me, but restarting steam has allowed me to reconnect to friends. Everybody who's still experiencing downtime should try restarting their steam.
I can't find any servers in any of my Steam games... Is Steam not back yet?
