If Fox News is allowed on American TV I don't see why this guy shouldn't be allowed on BBC.

nah its not madmax, most people who vote BNP just think that they cant get a job coz immigrants are taking them, when they just wont get up and do the jobs that immigrants do because they feel its below them and most of them dont understand what BNP means.

I'm usually an advocate for truly free speech, but when it's merely advocating hate then those views shouldn't be treated the same as other views. Then again this question time slot could be a blessing, seeing as Griffin is going to get absolutely destroyed and show the true colours of the BNP: A racist, bigoted hate-filled bunch of pond life who deserve absolutely no attention from any of the media.

While I disagree with their policies the BNP should be given free speech,otherwise we begin to censor other political partys and thats the beggining of a slippery slope.

If I say something like "these things are both brown" that does not mean "one is equivalent to the other", it means they share something in common. I am of the opinion that republicans are idiots, and that white nationalists are also idiots, however, that does not mean that I think republicans, or anyone else with opinions that differ from mine, are equivalent to white nationalists. And if they did watch the news, I'm sure that all of the reports of violent crimes and disasters would have a greater effect on them than some racist. On one side this should reinforce the illogical nature of the party's beliefs. On the other hand, simmilar media exposure made the French national front pretty powerful, to the point where it nearly won a general election.
