Nope, it just says "PAR," Half Life 3 is a golfing game.
Game informer has a joke section where the post hilarious articles that aren't true. (Some of you may remember an article a year or two back where the same pseudo-author wrote about how you aren't a hardcore gamer if you don't import rare japanese games with shoddy translations, and if you've even played a popular game then you clearly aren't hardcore.) This is just more people flipping through the book without getting context.
