If you use PayPal to pay on Steam, I recommend going into your PayPal account settings > Preapproved payments and canceling the entry for Valve until they unfuck their website.

How would Steam Guard prevent this? It isn't someone hacking into your account, it's Valve's servers randomly thinking you're another user.
