Funny how quite a lot of the tabloids in the UK were seriously biased towards her being guilty. Having read those I thought she was too until I read some case studies online... Goes to show how the media could have swayed the case if this were in the UK, pretty worrying.
US media is doing the same in reverse, but I think the US media might be right.
hmm in america they wouldve thrown her ass in jail
Murders roam free what is this?! Put her back in jail again.
Evidence? What the hell are you talking about, we don't really need that do we? Oh shit we do? Fuck.
hmm in america they wouldve thrown her ass in jail
No, she's a young, attractive white female. She could have burned down an orphanage and she'd still get cleared in the States.
So, who did do it?
If she didn't murder him, then who did?
Murder her*
Guilty as originally charged.
My friend thinks Knox is guilty. Look here.
she still did it, 7 people said the same story, she did it. Amanda Knox and Casey Anthony, same bullshit

think about Casey Anthony, there wasn't any evidence that directly linked her to the crime, even though it was more than obvious she did it, Amanda Knox is no different. She did it and everyone knows it
My response?
You're obviously not following this. She's innocent, she's home and she's happy. Lack of evidence and officers contaminating evidence means she's innocent. There's no proof she was in that apartment building that night.

Amanda Knox and Casey Anthony, same bullshit
Your friend is right. Two women with little to no evidence implicating them for murder found not guilty of murder
i hope she goes into the porn industry
So who the fuck killed Meredith Kercher then? :pwn:
This Guede fellow?

This Guede fellow?
Yes.
Yes.
If that's true, then why the heck isn't that emphasized more?
If that's true, then why the heck isn't that emphasized more?
Well just as long as he didn't fall in a pool and drown.
If that's true, then why the heck isn't that emphasized more?
Rich, attractive white girl always gets more media attention.
How do we know this person truly didn't do the crime and the open arms from us are caused by the mental image of being wrongly accused in a foreign land. Oh and those awful bloodlusted foreigner crowds outside the court are obviously just stupid.
Maybe I am wrong to think this, but is anyone else annoyed with the constant reporting about Meredith Kercher's family? I understand that they lost their daughter / sister / whatever but this trial doesn't really effect them.

WHAT?
It (was) a bloody murder trial and their daughter was the murder victim. How on earth does this not effect them?

Yeah losing your beloved daughter in a brutal murder and then having that murders trial strung out for years in the public eye, doesn't effect you at all. I'm sure.
Are you mental?

This appeal etc doesn't effect them, the way they are being reported (in the UK at least) is that they have suffered a horrible injustice and that the Italian justice system is broken etc. In some interviews they have given its like they feel that her killer has walked free, when really two people who appear to have been wrongly accused have been set free, while the person that the evidence suggests did the murder remains in jail.
I guess am just annoyed with how the UK media is covering this and not the way her family have been reacting.

I should have expanded slightly better, see my newer post.

I'll admit that I worded that badly and upon re-reading it it does sound bad, but I still think what I intended is right. The way its being reported in the UK is shockingly biased.

And in the country of the suspect sometimes. It works both ways.
Edit: Russia for example even has in it's constitution the duty to fundamentally protect the rights of Russians everywhere. Even outside their borders.
