Good, hope you guys get your service restored as soon as possible.
I don't have a PS3 personally but I'm somewhat hesitant to purchase Sony products in future now that it has come to light how cavalier that they have been with their storage of personal information. One can hope they will rectify this and make it apparent that they have done so by proving it to their customers and potential customers. They need to win their audience back.
That video was like the DHARMA ones from Lost.
Am I the only one who finds Kaz Hirai's voice weirdly soothing?
I just got on; too bad the PSN store isn't up yet.
He looks like a nice guy
Anyone not from the US got their PSN working?
i fucking told ya'll they were making an apology video
The only thing that could make this video better is if instead of the guy telling the message it would be Morgan Freeman.
His hands are so hypnotizing.
needs more giving out free PS3s
'cause I want one :smith:

I'm not sure if they were exactly "cavalier"; It's not as if the data wasn't protected.
I can't take anyone seriously when they use the word "Cyber" as a prefix.
Maybe because you know this kind of stuff. But not ever PS3 user is a tech expert.
I still haven't gotten my email. :argh:
Good fucking GOD what a cushy job he must have. Nice office, nice suit, see the cars way down below him
Fucking prick
The words in the bold best describe you.
Just reset our passwords.
I'm able to log in. I'm in Canada Ontario. Any people still not working?
Sony was apparently supposed to send me 3 e-mails, based off how many times i asked to change my password. I have received none of them and it's been nearly a half hour. The network being "back up" is a flaky claim when I can't reset my password, which they are forcing me to do.
PSN works for me now! :buddy: Store is still down though.
I can't log in :(
One of the possible PSN hacker's has been exposed
http://anonops.blogspot.com/2011/05/ryan-cleary-exposed.html
He was apparently one of the admins who took care of the Anon site that got hit and had everyone's IP addresses released.
Hurray! finally!
I don't have the cash nor any pizza shops in the UK, any of our UK Facepuncher wanna send some pizza to someone?
You have his address now.
Shit, why do i feel like that fella brainwashed me. He talks so calm and smooth. :tinfoil:
It went down again.

since people traded their PS3's for xbox, maybe PS3's should be given for free for a short time?

But that's their fault.
But that's their fault.
how is it their fault?
Trading in a console that got hacked by something they had no idea about is their fault?

No, giving into the fact they couldn't wait anymore.
Patience is a virtue.
