The police are defending their actions by saying that if they hadn’t stopped the party early, more police resources would have been used to break up the inevitable hamburger-fuelled riots.
Hamburger-fueled riots? :cop: That is the lamest excuse I have ever heard.
I WILL FIGHT TO THE DEATH TO PROTECT MY HAMBURGERS. No cops gon tell me when I can and can not eat mah shit... [editline]02:32PM[/editline] :argh:
seems like a good time to say only in Britain
If it is on private land and does not harm anyone, why are they stopping it?
Hamburger-fueled riots? :cop: That is the lamest excuse I have ever heard.
Come to think of it, I would get pretty mad if I ran out of Thousand Island for my burger, what if there were a lot of dressing lovers there? [editline]02:32PM[/editline] :argh:
This could get nasty. [editline]06:54PM[/editline]
If it is on private land and does not harm anyone, why are they stopping it?
Because of the god-awful loud music that was apparently playing and disturbing the state of society. Look at this:
“It was on private land. We were nowhere near anyone. We weren’t even playing any music. What effectively the police did was come in and stop fifteen people eating burgers.”
See, they we- Oh fuck.
Big Brother.
This country is fucked.
In before retards shouting that Britain is totali-
More proof that we live in a society like that in 1984, but where the authorities are retards.
Oh never mind.
cool story bro.
sugoi monogatari aniki.
cool story bro.
Get the fuck out.
Big Brother.
Posted on Facebook.

Sir put down the hamburger! I said put down the hamburger! PUT DOWN THE FUCKING HAMBURGER!!! *BAM! BAM! BAM!*
Sir put down the hamburger! I said put down the hamburger! PUT DOWN THE FUCKING HAMBURGER!!! *BAM! BAM! BAM!*
No guns.
Don't think it'll top the police officer in my state who pulled over the ambulance driver.
I think I remember that, it's happened quite a few times. One of them was caught on tape, and the police officer was acting like a total dick, claiming that the ambulance was speeding (When, of course, they're allowed to speed because most of the time an ambulance is on the road, it's carrying some dying guy to the hospital.), and the two medical workers were pissed because some guy was bleeding to death in the back. I think the guy died.
Relevant to thread
This is from the UK you dolt.
Heh...not surprised. This is a country where it is still legal to shoot a welshman with a bow and arrow on market day. We are technically still required by law to practice our archery on a Sunday morning, and it is now illegal to detonate a nuclear device, not to mention the whole idea of terrorism has been skewed to the point where the police can stop anyone. I'm very obviously English and got stopped under the terrorism act, i suspect just to fill their white quota.
This is from the UK you dolt.
It can apply to more than one country.
So did someone see it on facebook and report them, or are they filtering through all events incase of potential terrorist raves?

[editline]06:54PM[/editline] Because of the god-awful loud music that was apparently playing and disturbing the state of society. Look at this: See, they we- Oh fuck.
I believe people are entitled to do what they want to do, to a certain extent. Saying that someone listening to awful music should be a criminal offense is stupid, a lot of music I do not like but that does not mean others should not be allowed to enjoy it. They were in a field, away from loads of people, only 12 of them, and this happens. It is stupid, slowly we are losing our rights to do such simple things as a small party or drinking a beer in public because the government believe we will all turn into a brutal mob. [editline]10:32PM[/editline]
So did someone see it on facebook and report them, or are they filtering through all events incase of potential terrorist raves?
Facebook is fucking annoying party wise, I was at a party round my mates house, he organised the party on facebook for the ease of it, was about 50 of us, all friends from college, had a nice little party, and the police came along and said it was illegal, we were not even playing music, just having a nice little social.
Relevant to thread
Good job idiot.
Wow, so now the Bobbies can shut down parties just because they are parties? Totalitarianism FTW!
Take him down! hes got a BURGER!!
:patriot:
Didn't someone say all of that in another thread?
Probably me...i routinely take the piss out of our laws. Of course people occasionally think i am supporting them for some reason. Just shows though, that everyone is guilty of something, even if it is absconding from archery practice.
It can apply to more than one country.
The UK doesn't have a fucking president. They are a parliamentary system. The closest thing to a president is a prime minister, and they do not hold nearly the same sorts of powers as the US Executive Branch does. It is like an amalgamated and balanced combination between the Congress and the Executive Branch. Furthermore, I don't recall any primary UK political frontrunners using "change" for a slogan.
http://www.fr33agents.com/299/uk-police-raid-barbecue-because-it-was-listed-as-all-night-event-on-facebook/ I know they're just doing their job, but they need to use some common sense. People are allowed to have a good time.
your avatar is really fucking scary
And you say the US is strict. Least I can munch on a burger and listen to music at night with my friends.
