When our dog pisses on the floor, we put his face close to it and yell no at him and put him outside for like 30 minutes. Whenever he sees someone notice piss he immediately looks all sad and puts his tail between his legs, he knows he is in trouble. Yeah, as tempting as it is to punish someone with what they gave out, it's not addressing the source. I don't think a man like him will become a perfectly mentally stable man and never do it again if you just beat him, and execution is effective in dealing with troublemakers/lawbreakers, but again, gets us nowhere in terms of actual rehabilitation.
Hopefully his next pet is a bear with irritable bowels.
