I'm less mad at them for making this so expensive and more mad at the people who are actually buying it.

Why do you care, really? Tell my how them buying it effects you in any way.
Makes more people play a game which should've died a long time ago.
They also put -25% on blops now

It makes the developers think there's nothing wrong with doing this and that they should just keep doing it.
Are you people still bitching over an optional DLC? Grow up.
It's funny how rather than the usual € = $ shit with steam, they reduced the euro price to be more in line.
They reduced it by one euro. €13.99.
That's $19.69 :colbert:

We're bitching over it being $14.99. People are willing to stay up all night just to get the DLC, and those people make Activision think it's okay to make DLC overpriced.
There's no way they're worth 15 bucks, Radiant is idiotically, pathetically easy to use, they could have hired a hobo to make the maps for a sandwich and gotten maps just as good.
If Treyarch ever release modding tools, people can make maps that looks 800 times better than this, absolutely free.
This is why they won't release mod tools. People will realize that there are better maps made for the community out there for free, and won't bother buying the DLC maps.
I'd suspect Treyarch will release mod tools when they stop making DLC, and even then I doubt they would release mod tools.

So that's a yes.
Mmmk.
HURR DUMBS THATS NOT A SURPRISE
It actually does effect us, almost every server runs the DLC maps meaning those who don't buy it cannot play the game most of the time.

Well you know, Modern Warfare 2 had a matchmaking system and the DLC maps were separated into different lobbies.
But you all complained, so Treyarch decided to make dedicated servers.
So, really, this is the PC community's fault.

They were deliberately cut from the base game just for more profit
Oh, a <$15 game published by Activision that's good? Those don't exist. I'm not sure if a <$60 game published by Activision exists, either.
The whole Tony Hawk Series up to project 8
Why do you care, really? Tell my how them buying it effects you in any way.
It sets a very dangerous precedent, soon enough it will start to catch on and you'll see more and more companies charging obscene prices for practically no content dlc's. Why do you think more and more companies are getting away with charging $60 for pc titles? Activision set that precedent too, and I'm afraid they won't stop at just that. Have fun with your $70 pc games and $30 dlc map packs because people like you continue to blindly buy it.

I guess,if they ever release a mod tools, then you will have to pay also for that.

What am I saving face to? You guys act like children over CoD and anyone who defends it gets shot down by angry pre-teens and dumbs.
It isn't a surprise.

It's a no. We aren't bitching about the DLC we are bitching about the PRICE. If people keep paying this much for five shitty maps, Activison will think it's okay and keep the prices so high.

This isn't about just Call of Duty. It's mainly about Activison not realizing that what they are charging is astoundingly high and it needs to fucking stop.

Then why do you come in here, say it, then have a cry when everyone reacts exactly how you expected them to? I don't think this is a one-off either.
