This can't work with very high genetic accuracy because the DNA isn't truly there any more. There are traces, sure, but to say that traces constitute a complete final product is wishful thinking. If we managed to create anything close to a dinosaur it would be completely man made, as we are the ones deciding which genes to turn on and off. Therefore, this is a great scientific endeavor, but don't expect it to make real dinosaurs. The DNA is gone, or at least irreversibly transformed.
